Had an apt with Sam earlier... she had to leave. Judy came out to replace her... 1st thing she said to me(20 minutes past apt time) I only have a few minutes! You may have to reschedule. It was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with anyone. She may as well have said I have zero interest in helping you now or ever!!!

No stars. Some staffs are great but the waiting time is outrageous. Its untrustworthy, deposited a money thru the machine thinking it'll be more convenient but the machine just took the money and never showed in my account. Apparently they did a "INVESTIGATION" only to say that there was no extra money from the machine and can't do anything about it. Long story short I just wasted my hard earned money for them. RBC sucks!

Tellers are great, but it’s always such a long wait. They only ever seem to have 2-3 tellers on at a time when they have 6 desks. What’s the point of that?

Honestly been banking with them since I was 7 ... and well never thought I would need to change services... everything with their business works great except the staff, that have clearly become complacent and lazy to the idea that their work ethic doesn't matter in the slightest... that said the tellers usually aren't bad ... a tad slow but pretty sure that's every bank lol

They need to get their priorities straight. The people in there just clock out for lunch or just go hiding to the back doors when the que starts to build up. Worst customer service.

Rbc Fort McMurray Bank should serve the client until the last minute without complain. Since they have always have a longline due to lack of staff. Manager shouldn’t tells the clients do business deposit need to come early and telling her tellers do not accept business deposit before or after 4:30 just posted on your door or send memo to your business depositor to come early and do our business to your bank, if she don’t have work to do and just sitting around, lucky for her not like us we can’t do our business to your bank anytime we want we have also deadline and priorities rather than going to your bank waiting for a longline to do our deposit. Maybe the reason why you don’t have staff last longer than 3 months due to your Manager bad attitude and don’t have etiquette and manners how to treat their Clients and Staff

RBC on the worst customer service. there is 7 fraudulent transactions on my credit card call the fraud department several time wait over 1h on each occasion could not get hold of someone. Today I call again waited 1h52min no answer.

So like a week ago I accidentally clicked on a fraud link thinking it was legit but, it wasn’t so the bank calls me telling me about it. So I said I would go into the branch as it would be faster to change my password, I go into the bank they tell me I need to talk with these people on the phone. I am fed up i tried calling the fraud centre but I don’t have the time to wait over an hour to speak with someone as I do work the hours they are open. I tried calling the actual bank to get told it was my fault it happened and that their was nothing they could do for me…..beyond upset thanks for ruining my day RBC

Received great experience at this location, customer service from Kazi and Alex was awesome, even though I went there last minute to closing, with a transaction that lasted 20mins. On my second visit there, Alex went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you guys!

Very Very slow there has been like this for yearsss not sure why but it is!!! this has been my bank sense 1998 and the last 10 has been like this! Do as much through the machines as possible! I'm still with them just because I hate change LOL

They are open 9:30 am to 5 pm monday to Friday... does anyone else see a problem with this? Everyone is nice their and a very diverse and youthful staff. The latter being the reason I think their open hours are dwindling. One time I called in and made a complaint because they closed suspiciously 15 minutes early the day before a long weekend and I was on break from work to do urgent banking. The next day I went they changed the closing time to an hour earlier... seems like a spiteful move to me.

Great people... terrible delivery or services.... go in and they make promises... give copies of paperwork... but nothing. No change. Brutal branch to deal with.
