“Had a very good experience at Napa Auto parts in Fort Saskatchewan.
Without going into too much detail, I had an issue with some fuel injectors that I purchased there (they were refurbished) and I had to return them.
After a brief conversation of what the issue was they understood and offered a full refund.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous to deal with.
What could've been a nightmare to have to explain or "fight" with other suppliers instead became a quick easy resolution.
