They called me to give me an update on what they found during the inspection and I found them to be very honest. The jeep is old and in rough shape, they told us everything they would recommend and everything that can wait or whatnot.
In today's day and age, its hard to find a company that values the honest approach over making a quick buck. I would absolutely recommend good guys and we will happily bring our vehicle back.”

“Very pleased with the service they provided regarding the wheel alignment. There were a couple parts that needed replacing though however it drives and steers like a dream now, definitely an improvement. Would have given 5 stars but I'm curious to see if any abnormal tire wear occurs down the road although they indicated to bring it back if any problems do develop.”

“It took longer to drive to Minute Muffler than it did for them to fix my truck.
Keelan was the mechanic, and he took the time to bring me into the shop, show me exactly what was wrong, and explain my options. He even put together two quotes, one for the repair I originally wanted and another for a simpler, better solution that was about $400 cheaper. After seeing everything laid out, I went with the cheaper option.
To say I was surprised would be an understatement. The honesty, transparency, and customer service were exceptional. I would gladly make the two-hour drive from home for future repairs. Compared to the prices I was quoted in my hometown, the cost was astonishingly reasonable.
Huge thanks to Pat, Keelan and the team for getting my exhaust fixed quickly and treating me with respect the entire time. Highly recommend.

I called KAL Tire in a panic because I was already late for school and had a flat tire on my Bronco. They were able to get me in right away and repair it quickly.
I was treated with such kindness from the moment I walked in.
The woman who helped me (Sherri, I believe!?) went above and beyond. She could tell I was anxious and took the time to talk to me and reassure me, even telling me, “They got me.” That meant a lot in the moment. The team at Kal - Tire Fort Sask is amazing; from the fellas that repaired it all the way to customer service.

My tire was repaired very quickly, they put the seat back to where it was and even put the wheel lock back in the package.
I also really appreciated that I don’t have to make another trip back for a re-torque, which saves me a lot of time as my schdule is full
