“I was at this branch on Sept 14or 15th and the pleasure to have Melissa as my teller.She had to be one of the nicest workers I have dealt with at a bank.She went above and beyond. I had to get a new bank card and she helped set it up in my phone, and cancelled my old card number off my phone.She was excellent. I wish I lived in Fort Saskatchewan and was able to use that bank always.Thanks for the great experience.”

“So I have been banking with Servus Credit union for over 10 years! I absolutely love how attentive this bank is. I recommend it to absolutely everyone that I can, I have never had any issues or problems with Servus now the ladies that work there, they are the absolute best humans on this planet I personally know Chris the best, she has been there for me for years I have called her asking for help and advice multiple times and she's even gone out of her way during her off hours to help me.
