“Our little Zelda has been coming to Dogtrix for a few years now. She suffers from really bad separation anxiety and she feels comfortable coming to Dogtrix when we can't be around. The staff are trained well and she always comes home so tired from playing all day.”
“I buy my cat food here, along with some select dog supplies, treats and bones. Clean location, has a self serve dog wash too! Friendly helpful staff and a good selection of products.”
“Very very helpful staff !!! And a huge shout-out to Kyla! She was very helpful in a return that we had to do she went above and beyond did some digging to find a receipt for us. Unfortunately the return had to be done at the Coquitlam BC location with a store manager who was less than willing to help with the situation.Very impressed with the staff when we're back in Alberta we will definitely be visiting again will be visiting it again”

“Walked The Dingo over to pick herself out an Easter treat. The staff were very helpful. Dingo a very picky eater highly approved their suggested foods. Dingo was even given some free samples of new products to try at home. Awesome service.”
