“I started getting grooming services here because my dog already attends daycare. The staff understand what I am asking for, better than my previous groomer. Most importantly my dog responds better to the dogtrix groomers than her previous groomer. No fault of her previous groomers, it was just a bad match. So my dog is cuter and happier, and being able to book her at daycare for the day of grooming makes it really convenient.”

“Very very helpful staff !!! And a huge shout-out to Kyla! She was very helpful in a return that we had to do she went above and beyond did some digging to find a receipt for us. Unfortunately the return had to be done at the Coquitlam BC location with a store manager who was less than willing to help with the situation.Very impressed with the staff when we're back in Alberta we will definitely be visiting again will be visiting it again”
