Walmart Supercentre is described as a good store with great, friendly, and very helpful staff. Specific employees are noted for being extremely kind, sweet, and for providing excellent customer service, even when busy. The store offers grocery pickup, though orders can sometimes have missing items. In one case, management resolved such an issue exceptionally well by delivering the missing product to a customer's home with added extras. The store carries a wide selection of everyday essentials. However, significant safety concerns are noted regarding the parking lot, described as incredibly unsafe with sheets of ice and insufficient sand or grit. A hygiene issue was also observed inside the store, with a sighting of a mouse in the frozen food aisle.

Shop here at least four times per week. Manager's Lisa and Colleen are so efficient and appear to make this store a fun place to work. Walmart is lucky to have them.

I approached an associate at the customer service desk and he shouted at me “I don’t work here” while writing in a black binder. Even if he was just a vendor, why not try and help find an associate? I stood there for 10 minutes before I gave up, the cashiers kept looking at me and doing nothing.
