“This home depot on fort saskatchewan is never busy and super quiet in the evenings. I love getting stuff here. Staff is friendly and helpful. I dont like that home depot will have things in stock but they are hidden away in overhead boxes. They had this done with a laser level that was cheaper. It was in a box 10 feet up in an aisle versus the expensive one been all on a special end cap area for everyone to see.”

“On December 27th I dropped off my 2017 Ford Edge for rear brake repair, Randy the service writer said he would do his best to have it done later that day.I received a call from Randy around 2pm, they replaced the parts I supplied, unfortunately it still required a e park brake actuator.I had one picked up from the local Ford dealership after Ford refused to deliver the part to Canadian tire.Randy, Rocky and Rocky the two technicians stayed late to try to repair the problem.They weren't able to clear the codes, and called to inform me.I thanked them and said I would pickup on the 28th because I don't live in Fort Saskatchewan, but Lamont.The next morning I got a call from Randy that all was working properly after finding a broken wire.Imagine my surprise when I picked up the vehicle and the price was exactly as quoted before the actuator and broken wire were found.It's great to know there's a place with integrity and a sense of customer service.Thank you Randy, Rocky Sr and Rocky Jr. You're good people and I wish I could express how much you made the rest of our family time...thank you thank you. Susan didn't help me directly but I saw a lovely interaction she had with an elderly customer who needed a couple of specific things, and Ibi helped me find what I was looking for. Both these lovely people made a point of connecting with their customers first, rather than waiting to be asked for help. Thanks to both of you!”
