I was looking for these Led Christmas lights which were sold out at mostly all the walmart's as i was after a specific multi color one in particular so i Made a call today to customer service at the fort Saskatchewan store and was advised based on the product number i gave that there were 81 in stock, I did ask are you sure they are the multicolored ones I was advised yes sir there are 81 on the floor, so I drove from edmonton only to find that there was only the blue and white ones not the multicolored ones which I specifically asked about, so I thought we'll maybe they have them in a diffrent spot so I asked a lady in the department where they are located as I called in and was advised there were 81 in stock she looked and said sorry there is none, to say I was upset was and understatement as I specifically asked 2 times and was told there were 81 I did say the sherwood park store cheaked and said there were none anywhere, so the lady I approached in the fort saskatchewan store who worked in the area said sorry there 81 blue and white, not the multicolored ones so I told her what I said above well that didnt change anything and she said sorry and walked away as I said this was a joke. I decided to go let customer service know I was not impressed as they wasted my time!!! And since I drove from edmonton I was even more upset, so I go and tell this lady by the name of Charity I was upset about this, as I drove specifically drove here due to another lady at customer service telling me there were 81 in stock, she was so nice to me, she could tell I was upset and instead of just brushing me off she was very persistent on finding out what the product number was cause she insisted she would like to cheak for me, so I told her the other lady did and said there were 0 only the 81 blue and white, Charity persisted that I get the number so she could personally cheak for me, her persistence in this was very appealing, I told her my reciept I had with the number on itvwas in my vehicle so then she said there are some Led lights up front here let's go take a look so I followed her to where SHE KNEW they had light at the front of the store which the other lady NEVER mentioned and they were the same lights the blue and white ones I said these are them same ones as in the back, she persisted that we look through all these ones as she said sometimes there all mis matched on the pallet some times. I then said no the other lady said there are 0 showing instock, that did not matter to this beautiful lady who refused to just accept what someone told me until she personally cheaked through all of them and she then said are these the ones your after sir? WOW THERE THEY WERE!!! The multicolored ones that 3 others said there are none anywhere!!! I told her you Made my day thankyou so so very much!!! Now here is a lady who knows what customer service really means she refused to let what others said or even the computer saying there were none Charity went above and beyond until she physically looked for herself she refused to say there was none. Charity your customer service should get you a management job, a raise and an employee of the month award I was so appreciative what you did for me an upset angry customer, and made me a very happy customer who is so appreciative that you went above and beyond everyone even your computer saying there was none. Thankyou so much for showing me what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE!!!! Charity i wish you a very merry Christmas and happy New year, and thank you again sweetheart your the best!! To management treat this Lady like a queen she is a key asset to the success of your buisness people like here don't come by everyday don't ever take that for granted I hope you appreciate her as much as I do!!! Hats off to Fort Saskatchewan Walmart who has the #1 Customer service employee anywhere!!! named Charity, if anyone needs help or needs to learn what it means to truly treat somebody, go visit this Lady Charity and see for yourself!!! Usually out of products. The employees have no idea what they are doing. They are not friendly. I shouldn't have to feel frustrated from shopping and paying more than a car payment for groceries.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Rob, who absolutely made my day(and saved my arms!).
I popped in this morning feeling pretty rough—needed Pedialyte, Imodium, crackers, and then on impulse decided I should grab a case of water for my hotel room. So there I was, juggling a couple items in one arm, and 24-pack of water under the other, trying to scan the aisles for plain salted crackers.
That’s when Rob noticed me, walked right over with a friendly smile, and asked me if I’m looking for something particular. I told him I was hunting for plain salted crackers. He led me straight to them.
Then he looked at the growing pile in my arms and asked if I need a cart. I smiled and said, “yes, desperately… but I don’t have a loonie on me for the cart lock.” Most people would probably just point toward customer service or wish me luck, but Rob immediately said, “Don’t worry about it—stay right here, I’ll grab one for you and be right back. Less than a minute later, he came back with a cart.
It was such a small thing, but when you’re not feeling well and everything already feels like too much effort, that kind of genuine helpfulness means the world. Rob didn’t have to do any of that—he could have just pointed and kept walking—but he went out of his way to make the whole trip easy and stress-free.
Rob, if you see this—thank you!! You turned a rough errand into a bright spot in my day. Walmart Fort Saskatchewan is lucky to have you, and customers are even luckier. 10/10 employee, deserves all the recognition (and probably a raise!).

I am leaving this review specifically for Colleen!
I have had her twice during my late night shopping trips and she is SO KIND. Genuinely one of the sweetest people I have talked to, and I left in a happy mood both times.
I hope that she is recognized for her amazing customer service! Thank you Colleen ☺️

Huge store, great selection, though a number of times the product I'm looking for is out of stock. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. This location is always busy, huge parking lot. Usually only one cashier open, the expectation is for the bulk of customers to use self checkout, I don't mind with just a few items, but, when I've six or more items, I prefer having a cashier.

You have a shelf in the back that says from 1-3$ nothing is priced at that it’s clearly marked a clearance section….. i grabbed 4 things from it but not a single thing rang in cheaper they were all full price I was told they were just put thier when they were the last item…. Needless to say i didn’t buy a single one of the items and even put back some of the original items I had come for. Don’t advertise things for 1-3$ if you won’t give it to people for that.

I arrived to pick up an order and have been waiting for over an hour. I’ve noticed that other couriers are being served while I continue to wait. I kindly ask the management to look into this situation and help reduce wait times for all couriers. Thank you!
