I was able to conveniently book my appointment online, and soon after, April reached out with a detailed quote for me to review and approve. I really appreciated how upfront everything was, including the recommended services and costs. I was also able to easily customize and adjust the quote based on what I wanted to have done, which made the whole process very straightforward and transparent.

When I dropped my vehicle off, they arranged a shuttle to get me to work. Jason was the one who drove me in that morning, and he was polite and friendly. They ended up running into an issue and weren't able to have the vehicle ready at the expected time, but April's communication was on point. Rather than leaving me to figure things out, she arranged to get me where I needed to go. Another gentleman (I apologize for not catching his name) picked me up and was also very pleasant and friendly. He even had no problem running me back to the shop when I realized I had left my keys behind!

Not long after that, they delivered my vehicle right to me. Talk about hassle-free service! Jason apologized for the delay when he delivered the vehicle and mentioned that he's still learning the tricks of the trade. I just wanted to give him a little shout-out because he was so friendly and personable; you could tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and providing great service. I really think he has the potential to go above and beyond with the right guidance and mentorship from the pros at City Centre Automotive.

The delay honestly wasn't an issue for me at all because of how well everyone handled it. They made sure I was taken care of, kept things convenient, and took the stress out of what could have been an inconvenience in my busy day.

“Had my wife’s 2020 jeep gladiator in at norlan for 3 months for electrical issues that my wife narrowed down to a canbus issue, dodge could never figure it out, took it to auto trac and got a call in 2 hours with a proper diagnosis which it was the canbus and this gladiator having 4 of them, they had called dodge for part numbers and dodge argued they were wrong. Auto trac for the win. I’ve had nothing but luck with them thus far!”

“I am moving from AK to AZ, 8/28/21-9/4/21, 2 vehicles, 2 adults, 1 child, 4 cats.In Tok, AK I realized the A/c wasn’t working properly in my 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche.I decided to try and figure the problem out on my own along the way to AZ because I had the system serviced in Anchorage before leaving (a $600-$700 service bill)I did research and some troubleshooting with mechanic friends. I have my tools with me and I’ve watched/read a lot about vehicle AC units. From the troubleshooting, we came to the conclusion that it was either a fuse or a leak. Checked the fuses, they worked. Looked at the system, the high pressure valve was covered in AC and green dye (see picture). I found the leak, (it was very obvious) I tightened the bolt, I got refrigerant and proceeded to educate myself on how to recharge the system….. I tried in Fort Nelson and the AC clutch would never engage…. We decided to push forward to a larger city to try and be seen by someone sooner.We get to our hotel in Grande Prairie and my first goal is to find a mechanic. This shop was the second shop I called. I told him the problem. He walked me through the fix but the clutch still wasn’t engaging. He said that he could look at it the next morning! I was so happy, I dropped it off right away. ( the shop wait in Anchorage was 3 weeks)The owner was able to look at it the same day I dropped it off, and was able to get the AC clutch to engage and fill the remaining refrigerant into the AC system!!!He was really our savior for this trip and we are able to get back onto the road as scheduled!The owner offered me help over the phone to avoid a shop entirely (for the simple fix), he was very nice, very reasonable costs.Overall great experience! If I lived in town I would be sticking with this shop. I cannot thank him enough for the help.Service: A/C installation & repair”

“I happened to walk in " the wrong shop door" this morning to get some work done on our Audi headlights.Lo and behold, that door led us to a great experience.Rani, owner, took our car right in, while we walkes over to Costco. He called us to let us know that the lights we were sold were the wrong ones.. he adjusted the existing lights so we could go back and exchange them..We returned and 45 minutes later we were on the road with all new headlights and signal lights..We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least, that he didn't charge us anything more than the original quote to adjust the car to get back and forth with the proper bulbs...We will certainly be bringing our vehicles here for service again.Thank you Rani.You have gained a new customer with two old cars. ?”
