I was told by a local automotive shop that I needed new tires, as mine were 'dangerously worn' - along with other expensive repairs... Trusting this opinion, but deciding to shop around on price I went to OK tire. It was then it occurred to me to ask for a second opinion. Ok Tire team were super honest and said I could very reasonably get another year out of my current tires and look at new set tires, next year, when I could afford it better.I was totally impressed by their honesty and great customer service, I will 100% be going back to them for tires and other service from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

Even did my power steering pressure line because my van was in getting work anyway and they added it for a good price. Then when they were delivering my van to me a radiator hose blew and they fixed it for free because they werent sure if it was just about to happen anyway or if they might have done something. “I had my check engine light come on and my engine was sounding different so I knew y that I needed to get it looked at. Turns out that a spark plug had blown out of the motor and the threads were stripped so I needed a heely coil installed. Julius also replaced all the other spark plugs and ran a diagnostic test to clear all my engine codes. My fuel economy has returned and my van runs the best since I've owned it. I can see why a steady stream of cabs visit this shop. Very reasonable prices.Services: Engine repair”

“I happened to walk in " the wrong shop door" this morning to get some work done on our Audi headlights.Lo and behold, that door led us to a great experience.Rani, owner, took our car right in, while we walkes over to Costco. He called us to let us know that the lights we were sold were the wrong ones.. he adjusted the existing lights so we could go back and exchange them..We returned and 45 minutes later we were on the road with all new headlights and signal lights..We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least, that he didn't charge us anything more than the original quote to adjust the car to get back and forth with the proper bulbs...We will certainly be bringing our vehicles here for service again.Thank you Rani.You have gained a new customer with two old cars. ?”

These people understood my circumstances and went above and beyond what was expect of them. Even going so far as to staying up late to see what they could do. Just because one person's negative experiences doesn't make the whole company bad. There are so many good people in this industry and you just have to trust that you will find them. Not everyone is looking to make money off of innocent people. They have given me every out look and have given me every ounce of patience.
