“The Napa location in Grande Prairie dropped the ball and "misplaced" my prepaid order and made a mess of my trip. Thankfully a tow company I ran into suggested to call up Pat's Auto Supply and not only did they get me more parts for my truck that Napa didn't have in stock but they actually did it for less money than the smaller order that I had with Napa. Didn't quite catch the guys name on the phone but he immediately started getting into troubleshooting the issues I was having with my truck and was very knowledgeable about my '93 F-150. I will be using these guys for all my runs and future car revivals when I'm up in that area of Alberta.”

“Bought a trailer here the people are outstanding. They delivered my trailer to me and my vehicle had died in the drive way they tried to help me boost it for over an hour when we couldn’t boost it he offered to come back and help the next day and try again after plugging it in. When it still didn’t start he toke my trailer back to the dealership and came back with it once I got the other vehicle out. Can’t say enough good things about there. “You know it’s hard to read negative reviews with out knowing the full story so I always take them with a grain of salt, but when it comes to NAPA all I can say is I always go there and the people are highly knowledgeable and truly have helpful tips or provide valuable and educational information. I’ve never had issues finding what I need, go and pick it up, leave learning something new or tips and tricks to help me in the future. I think our society is a little spoiled and we expect only the best quality service everywhere because that’s what we pay for. however we also have a duty as customers to ask the right questions, remain calm and respectful that way we can usually work things out. “I noticed some cracks while changing my air filter on the air box to throttle body hose of my 2012 civic. after removing it I see that it is after market Dormer made in china. Looked on amazon to see the cost. Then phone Gp Honda and the original heavy built part was less than the Dormer. Not sure who put on the dormer. (Bought car second hand) But would not recommend buying this critical part from them. Three open cracks on the flex ribs allowing dirt to go directly unfiltered into the engine.The people were awesome to order from ad deal with at Honda”

“Highly recommend Speedy Glass! My window blew out at midnight and they happened to have one in stock and finished by 1:00pm. They were very thorough, vaccumed all the exploded glass out of my car & the carseat that it went all over, then even cleaned all my other windows.
