“Speedy Glass in Grande Prairie was fantastic to deal with. They got me in the very next day after I called, replaced my windshield quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Their customer service was outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and even offered pick‑up and drop‑off from my workplace, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend Speedy Glass for any vehicle glass repairs. They truly go above and beyond.”

“The customer service I received when I first dropped off my vehicle and later picked it up was very good. Customer service is still alive and well here at Windsor Autobod, the two ladies are aces. It was conducted with a smile , expediency and humor. I delt with Gary, who gets straight to the point and didnt waste my time. A big shout out for the high quality of work man ship in the back. They did such a great job that I will come back to get more work done. I will highly recommend them to all I know. Thank you”

“Consistently top-notch service and quality workmanship. I’ve had to bring my trucks here multiple times after being hit, and the crew always delivers. They are fast, friendly, and do flawless bodywork. A huge bonus is the detailing—it came back looking far better than it did before the accident, inside and out. Truly appreciate the high standards and great communication every time.”

“I had a great experience here. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. There were a couple of unexpected scheduling changes—my appointment had to be moved back a week, and there was briefly some uncertainty while they waited for a part—but I really appreciated how well they communicated throughout the process. They kept me informed, followed up promptly, and made sure I knew what was happening, which I value. The repair itself was excellent. The paint match looks fantastic, the new parts were installed perfectly, and they even returned my car washed and looking great. The quality of the work really shows. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body repairs. Thank you to the whole team!”

He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Tyler genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and we really appreciated how approachable and helpful he was throughout the whole experience. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. We absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a vehicle and would happily work with him again in the future!”

“Great place that was recomended to me from my truck mechanic. Bought a rat pack tool box from them, great quality, and they patient with my pick up time as it took me a bit after it was built. Guys are really nice and made this a great local purchasing experience. They do have a lot more products besides the custom tool boxes. Would recommend.”

“Big shoutout to the team at Cap-it. They’ve done a bunch of work on my F-150 over time including my Morimoto lighting setup and interior work, and the truck keeps turning out better every visit. Good group of guys, easy to deal with, and they genuinely care about making sure customers are happy with the final result. Hard to find businesses that still stand behind their work and customer service like that. Made the old XLT look pretty decent..... Definitely appreciate all the work they’ve done! 👍”

“J Adam’s did an amazing job on my 2025 Toyota Hylander! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were also overly apologetic for the time I had to wait to get my vehicle back. It’s a 2025 so I knew it would take awhile for parts to come in. That’s completely out of their control but they still made the effort to let me know they were sorry about how long they had my Toyota. Overall I’m pretty happy I listened to my insurance and went to J Adam’s.”

“While traveling to Alaska through Canada our route took was through Grand Prairie. I had a maintenance issue with my Class A so I called Woody’s RV World and talked to Rae in parts department to see if they had a power transfer unit in stock. She called around to get that part on hand. Unfortunately the specific part had to be ordered and shipped in for the states. She sent me over to Peggy in the service department and they were very accommodating and got me in the day the part arrived. Mark in maintenance even stayed over late on his shift to get us back on the road. Everyone at this location were very nice and extremely helpful to continue our journey on to Alaska. If you ever have any issues with your RV I highly recommend Woody’s to get you back on the road expeditiously!! I even had great conversations and was treated to Canadian specific food items that was quite tasty! Thank you all for the great service!”

“Although I have not purchased a vehicle yet I just wanted to say as. If you have any prejudgment on this company just put it out the window. I delt with two amazing people Kelly and Caitlin. These people understood my circumstances and went above and beyond what was expect of them. Even going so far as to staying up late to see what they could do. Just because one person's negative experiences doesn't make the whole company bad. There are so many good people in this industry and you just have to trust that you will find them. Not everyone is looking to make money off of innocent people. They have given me every out look and have given me every ounce of patience. I am so glad to have delt with these people and I hope that more people take the opportunity and gets to know them. They will help you and even if you can't get what you want they will help you get something just as good.”

Excellent customer service like this is hard to find highly recommend her for anyone looking for motorcycle parts and great service!”

“Always love finding fun things at Princess Auto! This location has great staff and usually has what I'm looking for 😸. I'm only docking a star due to the fact sale tags are often missing (especially in Surplus) and sometimes it's a challenge to find what I'm looking for (not a staff problem, a lack-of sufficient staff problem). The staff they have however is 5 star! If they had a few more staff to lessen the pressure on their current people that'd be nice for all involved. Definitely a busy busy store 😁”

“I had a great experience at NAPA Grande Prairie and wanted to give a shoutout to RJ for the excellent service. He took the time to match and mix the perfect automotive paint for my project, and his knowledge really showed. He answered all my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and never once tried to oversell me on anything. The store is huge, bright, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need for automotive paint and refinishing. It's refreshing to deal with someone who's genuinely focused on helping rather than just making a sale. Thanks again, RJ! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend NAPA Grande Prairie to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.”
