“The customer service I received when I first dropped off my vehicle and later picked it up was very good. Customer service is still alive and well here at Windsor Autobod, the two ladies are aces. It was conducted with a smile , expediency and humor.
I delt with Gary, who gets straight to the point and didnt waste my time. A big shout out for the high quality of work man ship in the back. They did such a great job that I will come back to get more work done.

There were a couple of unexpected scheduling changes—my appointment had to be moved back a week, and there was briefly some uncertainty while they waited for a part—but I really appreciated how well they communicated throughout the process. They kept me informed, followed up promptly, and made sure I knew what was happening, which I value.
The repair itself was excellent. The paint match looks fantastic, the new parts were installed perfectly, and they even returned my car washed and looking great. The quality of the work really shows.

“While traveling to Alaska through Canada our route took was through Grand Prairie. I had a maintenance issue with my Class A so I called Woody’s RV World and talked to Rae in parts department to see if they had a power transfer unit in stock. She called around to get that part on hand. Unfortunately the specific part had to be ordered and shipped in for the states. She sent me over to Peggy in the service department and they were very accommodating and got me in the day the part arrived. Mark in maintenance even stayed over late on his shift to get us back on the road. Everyone at this location were very nice and extremely helpful to continue our journey on to Alaska. If you ever have any issues with your RV I highly recommend Woody’s to get you back on the road expeditiously!! I even had great conversations and was treated to Canadian specific food items that was quite tasty! Thank you all for the great service!”

It’s a 2025 so I knew it would take awhile for parts to come in. That’s completely out of their control but they still made the effort to let me know they were sorry about how long they had my Toyota. Overall I’m pretty happy I listened to my insurance and went to J Adam’s.”
