“I went to get a bank statement asked for checking and savings, the have me only the checking statement, not a huge deal but she was talking it up as I stood there waiting.Tellers could be better but the bank institution itself is AMAZING.You can see your credit report your credit history you guys score there's an advice Tabitha let you see how much you spend on what if they suspect a charge is fraud they just put a notification on your app to let you know.”

“I had an excellent service today with my parents at the bank. Deep Sharma was patient and helped with my parents account. He understood how strenuous it gets when we have to deal with appointments and having my parents visit the bank when needed. I’m thankful and encourage all of the tellers to be mindful of the situation and help customers as how Deep Sharma did. He was detail oriented and asked questions to my parents and make them feel comfortable.
I’m writing this review as I’ve previously had bad service from bank tellers, some of these experiences encourage us to trust RBC and their customer service.”

“I would like to acknowledge one of the BMO staff in Grande Prairie AB west side location. His name is George Digreen, very polite and go beyond his service. He patiently finish my deposit although they are almost closing one Saturday afternoon. I can only do deposit Saturday as I am working weekdays office hours. His service shows understanding of customers situation as I also drove from out of town and the true meaning of customer service. Thank you & more power George”
