“I got most of what I needed to get done at the ATMs in the front, however, still needed to see a teller, at which point, they were closed (I must admit, it was my bad for waiting until last minute before actually getting my chores started). Every other transaction I've ever had with atb has been super positive and left me feeling taken care of and all my needs met. Right on! “I had an excellent service today with my parents at the bank. Deep Sharma was patient and helped with my parents account. He understood how strenuous it gets when we have to deal with appointments and having my parents visit the bank when needed. I’m thankful and encourage all of the tellers to be mindful of the situation and help customers as how Deep Sharma did. He was detail oriented and asked questions to my parents and make them feel comfortable.
I’m writing this review as I’ve previously had bad service from bank tellers, some of these experiences encourage us to trust RBC and their customer service.”

“I went to get a bank statement asked for checking and savings, the have me only the checking statement, not a huge deal but she was talking it up as I stood there waiting.Tellers could be better but the bank institution itself is AMAZING.You can see your credit report your credit history you guys score there's an advice Tabitha let you see how much you spend on what if they suspect a charge is fraud they just put a notification on your app to let you know.”
