    Every time I'm at this branch to drop off a deposit, the customer service is a real letdown. I really hope to see a significant improvement in customer service here.

    The slowest bank ever! The lunch hour and they only have 2 tellers on. Do better Royal bank!!!

    Wasted my lunch break there today and no one moved in line in 30 minutes so I walked out and went to the down town branch the manager should be ashamed of the poor service they are giving
