“I didn't get the names to the two guys that helped move my Son's mattress into my place. But they were absolutely wonderful to deal with today. They even told me more about my bed which was even better.”
“Recently bought an appliance from Midwest. Jamie very efficiently handled delivery-related details once everything was finalized as some extra installation was needed on another related purchase done at the same time. One of the reasons we bought there was that Jamie and everyone we spoke to were all very professional and easy to deal with during the first few visits when checking out what was available. There were no high pressure tactics and they spent time patiently answering questions.”
“I've been searching for the right loveseat for the space I have, not reclining and big enough to share comfortably without sitting on top of each other. I didn't want anything with a console. Angie is amazing to deal with. She knew what I wanted even when I had no idea, the sale was so simple. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”
“I highly recommend shopping here. They have been great with us for both our seperate visits and purchases. We had Tammy and I would recommend her. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and recieved it in the time that we needed it.”
“I went into browse the new Christmas decors and was not disappointed…. The products were special, well made and reasonably priced … and the staff was fabulous as always!! …..Luv Urban Barn ♥️”
“Richie and Rohan are lifesavers. Stayed to help with the set up and worked hard and efficient. Love the couch guys, thank you! And got like 1500 off when I got this.”
“Ronnie gave excellent customer service and made the whole process easy. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for quickly and without any hassle. He’s also a great dude and really easy to deal with.”
