“I bought an RC from this store once and the guys there told me it was the best beginner RC they had in stock. They walked me through everything on it and were very friendly and helpful to me. They answered any questions I had and gave me tons of tips on how to maintain it. I had it for about a month and then the motor and servo fried. I came to them for help on it and they fixed it for me for FREE! (Except for paying for the new motor). They put a better servo in there then what was already in there. The guys in this store are always smiling and ready help, and are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. If you are looking into buying an RC, this is definitely the place to come.”

“Amazing customer service from the manager! I had purchased a pack of fabric markers a couple days ago and when I got home discovered that one of them was missing as it had probably been returned previously, the missing color just so happened to be the one I needed. I went in and explained what happened thinking I would have to buy another pack to get the color but the manager immediately opened the pack on the shelf and gave me the missing color no questions asked, very kind and great service! Not to mention Michaels has so much cool stuff and I go there all the time.”
