“One customer service rep here stuck his neck out to help a customer who bought a faulty hot water tank. Got the manufacturer warranty run around right away, told it would have to wait till Monday (big family= weekend without hot water not an option) Andy stepped up and made the executive decision to replace the tank even though he was pretty sure he would get in trouble from his manager for not going through manufacturer. An organization that employs people of this quality can count on my business in the future. +1 faith in humanity.”

“I want to give a big shout out to Cole. It's several months overdue but better late than never! On 2 occasions in June and July I had the pleasure of your assistance at the GP Home Depot. I was 6 and 7 months pregnant at the time and your assistance with the carts, loading patio stones, etc. was extremely appreciated and I was so grateful! Your attitude was to notch and I appreciated your positivity. Clearly you made an impression and am impact because 4 months I still remember your name. Thank you!”
