The store has great quality clothing and accessories, including activewear, casual clothing, and underwear. However, the store is extremely messy and it can be hard to find a sales associate for help. The associates are nice and can provide services like price matching, but some customers wish they had more enthusiasm at the cash. Overall, it is an amazing place to shop where many find exactly what they are looking for.
Had a great experience recently at Old Navy. It had been 12 years since I bought jeans (pre children) and Britt made me feel safe and well taken care of while trying on jeans. She found me a style that was flattering and really boosted my self confidence! Will be back again!

Miranda is absolutely phenomenal just the best! I spent hours yesterday wandering around the mall trying to find something to wear for some family pictures and couldn’t find anything but walked into old navy and found tons of options. Miranda even price matched the online prices for me (always check before paying!!)
