Extremely slow service, only 2 running the till, 8 of us standing here and they only took one person at a time, took me 20 mins to get to the front... I can see why people switch to a different bank

Absolutely horrible customer service. I never write bad reviews but am appalled at how poor the service is at this bank. Don't waste your time just steer clear!

I think the guy who felt the need to mansplain how to wait in line needs to focus on his job and not bother customers on the process of depositing a check. Maybe stay in your office and help people who actually are in need

Good luck trying to reach someone at the branch. The automatic system just hangs up on you if you don't have a client card. Way to respect peoples time!

Old hag behind the counter litterally tried telling me I need to be like her because she has plenty of money in the bank and she doesn't have to live pay check to pay check.That old short haired lady needs to be replaced for her un Profesional behavior.

Horribly telephone reception. You give your identification information to voice recorded service so it can put you thru to a discontinued service then hangs up.
