I came in one busy Saturday for a slow leak and they looked after me right away and never knew me from Adam, fixed tire and sent a full report on anything else that needed attention and what caused the slow leak, amazing service, professional and affordable is the key to the thriving success of this business. Prior to my first visit here, went into a competitors shop as all 3 of the shop hands were sitting on reception couch in their coveralls and shop Forman told me if no appointment, they were busy so I found Fountain tire and will NOT look elsewhere, incredible place!”

If you’re looking for an honest, professional estimate from a highly knowledgeable mechanic, this is the place to go. It’s a small shop, but the service is outstanding. They were fast, flexible, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

My expectations have been threatened by Ford recently, where dealerships are concerned.
Imagine not being able to roll up to a dealership and get an oil change same day, If thats how you chose to waste your money.

Southern Alberta Ford dealership employees from the broom to the boardroom, should be ashamed of themselves, and not bother cashing their pay cheques this week; but we are talking about High River Ford right now.

In a world of words, they still use good old fashioned action at High River Ford. They did what they said they were going to do, went one extra step, and didn't even mention it; I had to notice for myself. I was floored!

I wasn't disappointed when I left and I feel like it changed my life.

I've got big plans for the Powerboost (equally as life changing) and it NEVER included the "stealership"

High River Ford has me itching to give them my money and that's an unfamiliar feeling.

Thank you, guy who's name escapes me and dude that worked on the vehicle, whom I never met, but cared enough to do something that wasnt on the list because it was the right thing to do.

My fondest career memories were at the dealership! I enjoy the smell, and the idea of the family visit to the dealership on the weekend, or what it used to be.

Find a better way, or we are all just going find a better way of our own and the Ford dealership may just go the way of blockbuster. Shame.”
