I went to this branch today at 1:20 only to find it was closed between 1 PM and 2 PM it would have been nice to know this beforehand as I would have done my banking before 1. It does not say anything about this on the website.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want to do any banking. Dealing with Melissa Palmer has been nothing short of unprofessional and dishonest. She has been handling my father's estate and when I did not get any updates I phoned to inquire the status. Miraculously, she said she just go notice of more forms to be filled out. When I asked to see the date of the request for the new forms, she refused to provide it. This makes me believe that she sat on the account and only actioned it when prompted.

I remember going to this branch years ago to cash my first pay cheque and they wouldnt do it for me because I didnt have an account there. So I said I was willing to open an account but told I couldn't open an account just to cash a cheque.Guess the linear thinking representative couldnt look a bit into the future and realize it would bring the money in fees later on.Because of her I never dealt with BMO again.
