High River Ford's Service Dept. did exactly what I would have expected; a decade ago. Today!?! I was amazed!
My expectations have been threatened by Ford recently, where dealerships are concerned.
Imagine not being able to roll up to a dealership and get an oil change same day, If thats how you chose to waste your money.
Southern Alberta Ford dealership employees from the broom to the boardroom, should be ashamed of themselves, and not bother cashing their pay cheques this week; but we are talking about High River Ford right now.
In a world of words, they still use good old fashioned action at High River Ford. They did what they said they were going to do, went one extra step, and didn't even mention it; I had to notice for myself. I was floored!
I wasn't disappointed when I left and I feel like it changed my life.
I've got big plans for the Powerboost (equally as life changing) and it NEVER included the "stealership"
High River Ford has me itching to give them my money and that's an unfamiliar feeling.
Thank you, guy who's name escapes me and dude that worked on the vehicle, whom I never met, but cared enough to do something that wasnt on the list because it was the right thing to do.
My fondest career memories were at the dealership! I enjoy the smell, and the idea of the family visit to the dealership on the weekend, or what it used to be.
Find a better way, or we are all just going find a better way of our own and the Ford dealership may just go the way of blockbuster. Shame.

Nathan and Matt made our experience pretty awesome! Great customer service and super efficient! We walked in and bought a vehicle in less than fifteen minutes of seeing it.. thanks again Nathan highly reccomend you go see him when shopping for your next vehicle thanks again man!!

Matt took care of me again as usual. He knows that I am a very picky customer however that never seems to phase him at all. I really appreciate the professionalism and hard work done at High River Ford.

First time using their service. Brought in my truck with no lights at all in the back on Sat. They were not able to look at it fully until Monday, but made my whole life easier by lending me a vehicle free of charge ( I know another Ford dealership that charges $30 a day) over the weekend. Found the problem and was charged a minimum fee. Really happy with my experience!

Decent service but unwilling to move on price at all and wanted to charge $399.00 admin fee for a cash deal. We were not able to make a deal as we do not expect to pay full asking price on a used vehicle. We saw almost the same exact car (same model, almost identical mileage, same colour and package for $2000.00 less) in Airdrie. Our only issue with the one in Airdrie was the windshield did not have tinting on the top. High river was willing to put that in as the windshield was chipped anyway and had to be replaced.
