Really great staff. Troy is awesome, greets me by name even though I'm only in 6-8 times/yr. Always helpful, clean, organized, can take orders over the phone for pickup by your mom or whatever. I love this store

Won't honour their own policy on returning a defective items with receipt 1 week after sale. I buy a lot of stuff here and normally never an issue. Sure miss peavy mart already.

Front and back(pick-up) staff very friendly and helpful. But the manager seem out of place when it comes to customer service. Asked for 10% off a floor display lawn sprayer, the dude almost jumped me! Accused me of arguing! Asking for a discount is arguing, not when it comes to business! brings your customers back in any case. The young girl at the front was quite sympathetic but; she couldn't do much! Had issues with the card reader too as other customers noted above. Customer service is key; pays your bonus Mr. Manager!fyi

I just wanted to share how awesome your staff member was with me and my son yesterday.we came in to get my son's first pair of boots ( that he is buying for the first time ) and they didn't have the size he needed, so Michelle went way over and above to help my son get what he wanted by having some GM bring them in from Airdrie today just so he can have his xmas present to himself for the very first time.GREAT JOB Michelle ( in the store )a business is only as the awesome staff you have.
