Fantastic service! I went to the store today with the impossible problem of trying to find the most random bolt for an Old Ford Ranger. I had been all over Okotoks and High River but no one had been able to help - this awesome team went above and beyond to help me out. They refused to give up and ended up creating just what I needed to secure the battery to get the old girl safely home and were just fantastic! Thank you so much 🙏🙏

I was in the store today (Feb 4, 2022). They don't wear masks and don't have splash guards. I didn't buy what I wanted. I prefer to buy locally but Amazon follows protocols.

Ran in to get some parts for my fathers car and needed help with the 10 minutes it would have taken them to install. Instead, I was met with a “we don’t do any installs here” and was sent on my way. Customer service was atrocious. Front desk lady needs to learn to smile.
