Finally a pharmacy where not only the pharmacist , Deep , but the entire staff are on their game , always . When they say my prescriptions will be ready , they always are , not "oops can you give us another 45 min" , or "sorry we forgot to order it in , we will have it Monday".. also very convenient as my GP's office is upstairs . So thank you Deep, and all your staff , absolutely 5 star service .Jeff Kaiman”

“This is hands down the best pharmacy in town, Lucius is one of the kindest and most discreet pharmacists i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always makes sure my perscriptions are covered by my insurance before filling them and will always check for me when i inquire if a perscription will be covered. He also always has my perscriptions filled and ready whenever i go in without me even having to ask. I always laugh when i go into shoppers drugmart and see that long line of people waiting. Save time and maybe even money and go to High River Pharmacy. Lucius will take good care of you!

I have a hard time believing lucius yelled at anyone who was polite. I have called this guy time and time again inquiring about medications and coverage, taking up a lot of his time and he has been patient and cordial every time... ... just saying.”

“Several months ago I stopped in to have a very-much-needed, last-minute prescription filled. I went to the back desk to have this addressed and I met Carolyn... The pharmacist. There were two other ladies working that night one was taller with dark hair and the other one was a little bit shorter and I believe her name was Jean, im not certain. I told Carolyn that I had a prescription sent in and that I was looking to have it filled. She noted the time to me and I apologized for the late notice. I asked her if there was any way she could help me out as I really needed the medication at the time. Without a second word Carolyn looked into my prescription and said if I was able to sit down and wait for 10 minutes I could get it filled and she was prompt in addressing this. About 3-7 minutes after close Carolyn called me back to the front desk. I saw what time it was, I apologize profusely. As the till had already closed because it was after hours at this point, she had to call in Jean for some assistance so that way the till wasn't messed up for the day. All three ladies were extremely understanding and I am grateful to this day. None of them judged or gave me dirty looks or treated me with any distaste of any kind. I understand because of this situation this cost them their own personal time that night. I do not plan to make a habit of this. I made my payment and I made my way to the door. All three of them wished me a good night.

Every time I drive by or stop-in, I think of this moment and how much it helped me.
