I don’t go to this store often and here’s why. I was there last week and was looking around and stopped at the shoes. In the ‘special price’ section there was a pair of Sorrels (winter boots) I flipped them over and was absolutely stunned at the price $49!FORTY NINE DOLLARS for used boots.I’m seeing this price gouging happening in far too many places (MISSION THRIFT) in Okotoks is equally as bad. What the heck people. Just because everything has gone up in price it’s like a free ticket to charge OUTRAGEOUS prices. This is not okay. When the economy is in such a terrible state is when we need to shop at these places. They don’t need to raise their prices to this extent.CRIMINAL IS ALL I CAN SAY

Our family loves this store, but the prices are becoming too high. Please remember that these items are donated and that the families shopping at your stores are likely on very tight budgets. We appreciate the company's need to pay its employees and pay bills, but, as a charitable store, I would hope to see lower prices especially as inflation is hurting so many families.Your staff obviously cares for the community and we especially appreciate Dierta (sp?) and Betty every time they are there.

Was at Salvation Army store in High River yesterday to get clothes my granddaughter desperately needed....once the clerk rang everything through it came to $84!!!!! I questioned it and was told that's how much it was and asked if I wanted it. I was desperate or would NEVER of paid that!!! CROOKS would best describe them!! Don't shop there if you're looking to save money!!!The pics are all that was gotten yesterday.

This place is EXPENSIVE. Everything is even on special selected tag days. At this $$$rate just buy things new.

There is a great selection of clothing (majority of the store is clothing), however, I'm pretty sure this is the only thrift store I've ever been to that doesn't bother organizing the clothing according to size. This means you have to comb through each and every thing on the rack, which is both time consuming and frustrating when you're not even able to try anything on. I can understand not having the changing rooms open, I don't understand the lack of organization.Pros- Good selection, clean store, friendly staffCons- Lazy organization, a little overpriced for a thrift store

Helpful store. Salvation army is a great charity. Contrary to what Kris said 81 cents of every dollar is used for programming. Any charity above 75% is really pretty good.
