Been going to wags for over 15 years. Now getting the run around from wags, have no idea why. We were removed from the yearly booking list unless we bring them in every couple weeks and not "aloud" on it now and put on a cancelation list.....wags will call you when we can get time. We use to have our dogs booked for the whole year.I hate it when you support a business, only to be dropped like a dirty shirt for some odd reason. No return calls, no loyalty. Not sure what changed??? When the girl left that used to do the books the place seemed to fall apart. The new friend is horrible.
Who is this Lisa?
How many have had this happen to them that you don't know who it is?
I would fire the booking girl that you think is your friend.....

Lisa and her staff are so caring. Your pet will feel so good after his or her visit to Wags . They will have that puppy attitude and you’ll feel just as good as them. Enjoy your day and thank you Lisa for the great gift you have.

Very rude woman. Went to get my dogs nails done, buy her a few toys and a new collar. When I asked if I could wait in the store while she finishes up with the dog she was working with, she just looked at me and might aswell have told me to leave. If I could leave zero stars I would. Pet owners don’t waste your time
