We shopped at Safeway upon arrival in Hinton. If I had known how well stocked this Freson Bros. was, I would have gone here straight away. I'm a camper and love BBQ, the meat selection here is much better and cheaper too. So people... go here immediately. Definitely not going to Walmart, you can forget about it”
“I had the best experience recently. At the last minute, I needed to rent a uhaul. The process was easy. I thought I only needed the truck for two hours but my move proved to be more complicated. I had to extend the rental two times and the second time took me past closing. The owner was so accommodating and made arrangements to meet after hours so uhaul would not charge me for another day. Nice! It was the long weekend-he didn’t have to do it. That kind of stuff matters to me I’ll go back to Hill Crest for sure.”
“Its m&m meats .... product is always good and consistency is normal ... but the staff was a treat, forgot my phone, they called me a taxi and put all my purchases in the freezer while I waited, and then actually took the time to hang out with me and socialise a bit while I waited .... made the whole visit worth stopping in for some goodies ...”

“Came in looking like a tired tourist, left feeling like a backcountry chef. This Safeway was fully loaded—grabbed enough snacks, trail mix, and questionable protein bars to survive a week of hiking in Jasper. Produce was fresh, shelves were full, and cashiers were friendly.
It’s basically Basecamp: Grocery Edition. Whether you're prepping for the wilderness or just trying to not eat gas station jerky all week, this place has your back(pack).”
