Ellen is the best employee for any establishment I've ever come across. She helped me get my bank account set up, she printed off my resume, she helped me use my debit card for the first time and she even gave me a reference to a job opening she knew about in town.
Despite mine and her best efforts it didn't work out due to work permit and visa issues, I had to leave. But before I did I ran into her working at a shop just up the street. I told her what had happened and how I had to leave and she gave her deepest concerns and sympathies to a situation that she didn't have to get herself into. Ellen works two jobs to the best of her and many others ability, showed and helped me; an unemployed and alone 20 year old from a different country try to get a job again here in Jasper. I hope Ellen sees this because she deserves more praise than I can give so if you're reading this and are able to, go in and ask for Ellen and show her this and hopefully make her understand how much she has helped me.

I'm really unhappy to have a deal with this bank. When I tried to have a payment an agent called me to confirm my transaction. I did it and they said that I could try to confirm it in app because they can't do that. Of course I couldn't do that even I received messages to confirm it, but it didn't help me. I gave up and paid with a different card. But 3 days after my card was declined in a shop and when I called customer service they said me that it blocked and I need to update my information in branch! They blocked my credit card and I didn't know about that. No information in app or messages about it. And when I went to the branch an agent said that's all good there. Next day I called customer service again to ask to unblock my card, but again!!! I need to go to the branch to update info. Really ridiculous!

I banked with CIBC for 11 years before moving to Jasper the service at this branch was so bad I transferred all five of my accounts to another branch. Would not recommend.

Went there to open a savings account Ceri (I think I am spelling that right) was nothing but lovely. She made the process better with her wealth of knowledge answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend her for all your banking needs!

Has good and clean ATMs inside for cash out. Currency conversion was pretty good!
