1 . They don't answer the phone 2. They did not have time to open an account for my daughter to deposit money into.. losing a lifetime customer is not wise

I had some fraud on my account. Had to make 3 trips to this locations from blackfalds and nothing has been fixed I've called and left messages and nobody calls me back. Terrible customer service.

Visiting from out of town for a week and the ATM was inoperable for the entire week. Very classy. Get another ATM or someone who knows how to fix the none you have. BMO, this location is pathetic.
