“I had to close out an account and open a new one a month or so back, which caused a landslide of negative transactions. I phoned the 1-800 line and they wouldnt or couldnt help me. I went into the Lacombe branch, eventhough its not my home branch, and was so thankful I did. The tellers were very friendly, as well as the branch manager. They went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out. She and her staff were absolute stars! Thank you for helping get through this absolutely frustrating time!”
