“Very happy with the service I received from Tim today! I do find this branch usually helpful but got more than I expected today. Tim went out of his way to help me with some banking, even asking if he could set something up that my home branch had told me I had to do myself. My family and I have had great luck at this Branch of CIBC. Thanks to al the staff.”

“The Lacombe TD branch is excellent. I had an issue with my chequing and savings accounts, and banking associate Ameen and branch manager Steffina resolved it quickly, in under 10 minutes. They even identified and fixed an issue with my card that I wasn’t aware of. Very pleased with the service I received today.”

“I had to close out an account and open a new one a month or so back, which caused a landslide of negative transactions. I phoned the 1-800 line and they wouldnt or couldnt help me. I went into the Lacombe branch, eventhough its not my home branch, and was so thankful I did. The tellers were very friendly, as well as the branch manager. They went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out. She and her staff were absolute stars! Thank you for helping get through this absolutely frustrating time!”
