    Went inside the store and the customer service was absolutely terrible.The teller was passive aggressive and plain rude. Switching banking after that oh my god.

    1 . They don't answer the phone 2. They did not have time to open an account for my daughter to deposit money into.. losing a lifetime customer is not wise

    I had some fraud on my account. Had to make 3 trips to this locations from blackfalds and nothing has been fixed I've called and left messages and nobody calls me back. Terrible customer service.
