I had a complaint regarding some wood I had purchased. When I brought it to their attention, Jordan and everyone else were all incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding a resolution. They listened to my concerns, addressed the issue immediately, and completely made it right.
I highly recommend seeing Jordan and all the employees there for any of your plywood or lumber needs—they are the definition of awesome customer service!

“Walked in with a plan, walked out spending 4 times as much. More focused on selling you something expensive then listening. Felt stupid when I left. Got something I needed, but now was not the time.
