“Awesome experience all around at Ken's Furniture. Walked in Saturday for a washer and dryer and walked out in 15 minutes totally satisfied with the customer service. The agent was phenomenal and recommended the models for me based on my needs. (I apologize I did not get her name). The units were just delivered today and the guys doing that work were very pleasent and did a great job. Will definitely come back.”

“Jennifer, the store Manager was super helpful to us as we walked in on Febuary 5, 2024 at approximately 12 pm!She was super welcoming to our 3 year old, too, which made the experience even better!She started asking questions about our sleep then handed us two different pillows to test out while we tested out mattresses... all the while our son was free to walk around and hang out ?We landed on a great mattress with great pillows and an amazing sheet set with a mattress protector.And the price was even more then fair in my opinion!Plus free delivery, old mattress removal too!I was more then impressed to say the least.I highly recommend seeing Jennifer and her colleagues at this great location!”
