Seriously no service after booking an appointment. I walked out after frustration. What is the point of having an advisor when they say deal with it. Prince at the Leduc branch, you need to be demoted. I had to do all of the work on my own. He could have done it in 2 minutes while I was there.

Went to the counter to open an account. Teller said you have to go online and book for appointment. What a ridiculous service, Teller doesn't have a clue how to help a customer to set up a new bank account right infront.you should know better when working in a bank not just tell customer to go online.

Rbc is generally a good bank and I've been banking for Ober a decade with Rbc.
However, there's a guy at the leduc branch called Rajat who is out of place, or maybe there needs to be a supervisor or manager checking what's happening. August 13, 2024 was my visit. He is discriminatory and obviously a racist. He had me wait in line for close to 10 mins when there was no one with him and he was just sheepishly looking on the computer that was purchased with clients money. When the other guy finished helping a client and he called me to help me, this rajat guy immediately called the next person after me. This obviously means that he did not want to talk with me or help me. He radiats such negative energy and I will not give him the honors of helping me when I am in the branch. I totally think there's no manager here. Otherwise someone should randomly be checking how clients are being taken care of after all these bad reviews about the leduc branch.
The other guy whose name I don't know but has thick full beard and pleasant needs to train that Rajat guy or or the Rajat guy should work in the night with the night team so he doesn't get to see clients.
I am open for a meeting with a manager.

So apparently people get robbed at this location, 12k to be exact. Retrieved the poor guys bag on some range road...They had a spotter, RBC does not have security cameras!?!? What a pathetic display of ensuring their clients safety....I believe it's was an inside job as how did they know to hit him?!? Do better RBC!!

Guy got robbed 12'000 DOLLARS! Some shady people were hanging out and robbed a man in the parking lot.
THIS BANK HAS NO CAMERAS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING!!!
Shame on RBC for not applying the minimal effort to ensure the safety of their customers.

Had a phone apt with the loans officer Don Riley which went great. Waited a week to be told attachments didn't work. Emailed new documents sent emails once a week asking for the status and not a single reply back. I even contacted another broker and he can't get this person to reply or to respond to me either
I know my options are limited even though I paid my mortgage off with them on a mobile home that's on leased land but I also own a new SUV free clear
I now wish I kept my apt with the lady that opened up line of credit a few years ago as Sandra was polite, returned every email, and informed me thru the whole process
I guess no one takes accountability any more or is checked up on

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to. 10/10 do not recommend.
I've been waiting in line 25 minutes.
Will never bank here again.

Line up all the way to the door and one person at the till. It’s like they’re trying to make a point to get folks to use online banking, but really important things like buying a vehicle get the back burner as a result. Shame.

Showed up 10 minutes before close on a Saturday for them to already have their doors locked and laughing when they could see someone looking in. When I tried to cash a business cheque the following Monday with a receipt from the business it came from I got told we can’t accept that as a proof to not put a hold on even though I know that they can by pass it with a receipt as it happened literally 2 weeks ago at a different branch. Just think that RBC needs to get their teller customer care together from branch to branch on a day to day basis instead of having tellers think that they are better than the person in front of them.
