We’ve been banking with RBC for very long time and this branch is way worst than ever. Almost every teller doesn’t know what they are doing. Doesn’t know how to say sorry if they made mistakes. They should consider management change and fix this issue or they will loose customers.

Very nicely treated at the front desk, by Kavleen Pahwa, from Toronto Ontario.Did not take long to open an account.She advised me to open a tax free account. For the moment I have only done day to day banking ; costs $4.00 a month.Kavleen was very nice and courteous.Thank you Kavleen !

I was Frauded out of $140 I went to the Royal Bank and told him about it they told me to contact their fraud services I have been on the phone for over a week calling them not getting a call back from them I've called 15×1 day I been calling ever since I've left messages there's no return of my calls I am very frustrated the bank should have more people working. I am very upset I am a senior and this is no way to treat a customer. The Royal Bank makes billions and millions of dollars every year profit I am sure they can afford to put more people into customer service and trained them properly. Back in the day customer service used to be important but now apparently it's all about the money not impressed with the Royal Bank. A week later and I am still waiting to try to get through to the fraud department and again they are not returning my calls even when they say I Have between 45 minutes in an hour to wait still waiting not impressed

This bank refuses to give you your cash then spells the name wrong on the bank draft .These people are rude and incompetent and it's scary that people of this Caliber are in charge of people's finances

Oh the rating is 2.4 only, why am I not surprised ? I thought it was one employee that's not professional and doesn't care, looks like the whole team is corrupted coming back with more details and names..

I had an appointment with an advisor not long ago, so I came into the branch and was directed to the waiting area by their greeter/receptionist. I sit and she comes by to tell me it won't be long, then she paused to say, "You don't need to wear a mask anymore, do you know that?"I say 'Yes I know, I'm fine.'She stares at me and said again, "REALLY, you don't have to wear a mask," to which I reply again, 'I know and I'm fine thank you.'Why am I being hassled by your front staff about wearing a mask???My advisor was perefectly fine, but whoever this front lady is should be given some sensitivity training and understand the fact that there is still a pandemic going on and there are a lot of immunocompromised people out there, like people in my life who I am trying to protect.

I've never waited less than 20 minutes and there's never been more than two people in line ahead of me, a simple question that could have been answered with a phone call would have helped me, but I couldn't get past the automated voice messaging service to talk to a human on the phone. So I came in waste my time to find out they couldn't help me because there's limits on how much American money you can take out
