“Brought in a stock trailer that had brakes that were not working properly. Knowing that they had never been replaced since purchasing the trailer as a used unit, it was not surprising that I was informed that everything needed to be replaced which was done on time as promised. After towing the trailer home it seemed like I still had no brakes. I returned with the unit and after being looked at again by James he informed me that the brakes were in fact cutting in and out which indicated a trailer wiring problem. He also informed me that the suspension bushings were shot and that this should be addressed in the future. I took the trailer home and rewired it. Turns out James was right. The wiring had been done by the previous owner who indicated to me when I bought it that it was “completely rewired”; however after removing the old wiring I found T splices pushed back into the trailer, splices where they were not necessary, and several bare conductors indicating that the wiring was forced into the structure of the trailer. Just wanted to say thank you to James and Jeff for being professional and taking my concerns seriously. I will be booking in again to have them replace the bushings that they suggested. Well done!”

“Like it sometimes happens, I accidentally backed into a post and damaged the side door of my car. From the moment I walked into Boyd Autobody, everyone was so kind and helpful. They took the time to listen to what happened, came out to look at my car, and even completed my estimate during their lunch hour, making the whole process feel so much less stressful.
The team kept me updated throughout the repair and explained everything clearly, from why the entire door needed to be replaced to the special three-coat paint process my car required (who knew!?) I really appreciated how they made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. As a bonus, my car was ready two days earlier than expected and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned my car (inside as well), which was the cherry on top.
