“Like it sometimes happens, I accidentally backed into a post and damaged the side door of my car. From the moment I walked into Boyd Autobody, everyone was so kind and helpful. They took the time to listen to what happened, came out to look at my car, and even completed my estimate during their lunch hour, making the whole process feel so much less stressful.
The team kept me updated throughout the repair and explained everything clearly, from why the entire door needed to be replaced to the special three-coat paint process my car required (who knew!?) I really appreciated how they made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. As a bonus, my car was ready two days earlier than expected and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned my car (inside as well), which was the cherry on top. I'm so grateful for all the care and effort the team put into my repair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boyd Autobody to my friends and family. “I highly recommend tjs auto. I am very happy that I took my Volkswagen Jetta to these guys. They were able to diagnose all of the issues, being upfront and honest about all the repairs, and really helped me find out what was wrong with my car. I spoke with Tony and Jenny, they were both fantastic to deal with and very friendly. Tony even spoke with me on the phone more than several times to keep me updated with the progress of my car and what he would recommend. I didnt feel rushed, or pressured. I felt at ease and relieved the whole time. He actually treated me very well and invested his time in to talk with me to make sure we made the right decision with my car. I, 100 percent would give tjs auto 5 stars without hesitation. I will be bringing my future volkswagens to Tony at tjs auto because they are highly experienced in what they do and they treat their customers with respect and are honest. “I first used Tom 20 years ago. I mistakenly took my car to the wrong garage! He is honest and straight up. A couple of our vehicles we bought from auction and he's always fast about getting inspections done and always talks to you to explain what might need to be fixed. Both of my kids have had such good experiences with how Tom treats them. I saw an elderly woman drive up when I was there-he left his work, looked at the vehicle, he said she just needed some (fluid). Filled it up. She never got out of the vehicle. and he never charged her. my brother had a quote from his dealer adding up to thousand just before a family trip. He charged hundred instead of thousands. why four stars? Only because he's cash only. But to me he's 5 stars.”

“Well, coming northbound from the US in my motorhome the engine decided to blow an hour south of Lethbridge. Did some Google searching and decided to go with Diesel Tech. Jenny at reception was great and compassionate to my woes while traveling! They gave me a pretty quick estimate the next day, even found a new motor that day also! Of course, I had to hotel it and rental car for a while, but less than a week later, they finished the job and under the estimated time to even save me money! It’s a big shop, they service, big rigs, buses, etc. and motorhomes! Five star to this crew for accommodating me and getting me back on the road!????”
