Found Back Country RV service on Google.Local was great to have a company who takes pride in the repair industry.From the day we stopped to inquire about a repair on our slide. Staff were respectful and professional.We had a warranty on a broken cable in our 2023 Forest River Heritage Glen 22 RKHL.Was great to find them local and authorized Forest River repair location.Arranged to drop off our trailer and the warranty was processed. Within a few days was told via email warranty was approved and date was set to drop off for service.Dropped our trailer off great communication.Called our trailer was ready.Only called as FR originally sent the wrong cable.All good slide never worked this good from the day we picked it up at RangeLand in Calgary this summer.Knowing we have a local warranty repair shop approved by FR is great.Thank you all great service.”

“I had an error code for oil level sensor malfunction in my BMW. Tony gave me a quote, ordered in a new sensor, and I dropped the car off. Picked it up a few hours later and was handed a much smaller bill, turns out my sensor just had a broken wire which his team repaired! Most shops would have fixed the wire and charged the higher bill as tho they changed the sensor. Tony has one of the few honest and trustworthy shops in Lethbridge and the work they provide is excellent, highly recommend to anyone needing work done or even a simple oil change! My go to shop for servicing my BMW!”

Despite spending nearly all day on my car to have it going again, he only charged me 2hrs labour for the actual time spent fixing the primary issue. Not saying they are not busy, I’ve had services done there that required a day or two, but when I came in with my problem they assessed it quickly, told me expected work time and charge, and were accurate and efficient. “I took my Outlander in to get some work that I suspected needed done. At first I was going to do the work myself (ball joints, control arms, sway bar links, tie rods) then figured I’d see how much it would be at Fountain Tire South Lethbridge since I needed to get some new tires anyways. When I was quoted on the work, I immediately booked in based on the fact on how economical the pricing was. I brought it in the day before my appointment as I live out of town, and was already hearing back next morning shortly after opening updates about my car. Turns out the list I wanted fixed only needed one item fixed, tie rod on my passenger side. Alan told me that everything was all good and they would only replace the tie rod to save me some money. I was extremely happy with how easy it was to book in, and happy with the communication on saving money - especially in an industry where many people get taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this place enough to friends and family. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for all preventative maintenance and repairs going forward!
