Would give zero stars if I could. Been in line for 30 minutes. Workers walking around looking at a lineup 10 people deep. 1 teller working, in between customers she is helping a trainee with problems. Fourth time I’ve been here and always the same. 1 teller working and it takes forever.

They never answer the phone I've been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday. I'm going to drop this bank soon.

Poor customer service. Waited 45 mins to be informed that my appointment was cancelled. Mislead information regarding my loan. Highly recommend using a different bank.
