I called to see where my order was (as I am impatient when it comes to online orders, but who isn’t lol), and one of the employees helped me to find it, and when he got an email a couple minutes later saying that my packages were delivered, he made sure to call me back and thank me for ordering!”

“Good book selection, Most unfortunately Starbucks is no longer inside. They've been gone since November 2023 and there's still no other coffee shop in the space. Sadly still no coffee shop. I didn't see any ereaders.”

“Big John's always has the best selection for gently used books. His prices are very reasonable, the store is clean and well maintained (there may be piles of books in places lol), and he recently opened up the basement to double his square footage for even more books. John is very knowledgeable and helpful and always greets you with a smile as well. We love going there to spend time in the stacks!!!”
