Careful what you purchase from them, especially if it is already pre-opened but tagged as new. I returned a set of switch controllers and was told that because the box was opened l could only get a gift card. The box was open when I bought it, they put the controllers in the box at the till. Seems like a scam to me.

Guy on the phone said inside store instead of outside. Missed an opportunity to buy a PS5, thanks a lot.
