Smiths saved the day for me by transferring a recording of my mother singing at age 5 recorded on an old 78 speed record from the early 50s. They even removed some of the background noise like hissing and pops. We played it at my mom's Celebration of life and it was a huge hit. Tremendous service and very professional. with my card. The card was declined (my bad) and the kind person at the till covered the cost of her slurpy. Huge thank you! I am so grateful. I will pay it forward. “Went in on Sunday evening with a warranty issue with my TV. Well it was an odd issue it was something defective. The staff did an insanely great job of exchanging the tv for me and not making me feel like someone trying to fraud them. Didn’t get their name but the shift lead and cashier were great !”
