I had to figure out how to write a review just to give props to Kaitlyn. She is the best hotel clerk I have ever had she is extreamly efficient and is always capable of helping. I will be calling her up next time we are coming to lethbridge.

Joann at the front desk is one of the best hotel employees I've had the luxury of interacting with. Very accommodating and kind.
