“I had to figure out how to write a review just to give props to Kaitlyn. She is the best hotel clerk I have ever had she is extreamly efficient and is always capable of helping. I will be calling her up next time we are coming to lethbridge.”

“I think it's important to review something based on the promises it makes and to comparable products or services. To that end, I'm rating this as a budget motel, not comparing it to a luxury hotel or somewhere like the Hilton. With that in mind, I was very happy with my stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. The pillows were a little flatter than I personally prefer, but they were perfectly usable and certainly not enough to take away from the overall experience.

The biggest highlight for me was the staff. Every person I dealt with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and that really makes a difference. Good customer service goes a long way, and they made the stay feel pleasant from start to finish.

I also really appreciate that every room is pet friendly. That makes traveling so much easier, and it's one of the reasons I chose to stay here.

Booking was simple, check-in was easy, and for the price I honestly don't think you can ask for much more. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly place to stay without spending a fortune, I would definitely stay here again.”

“I got there a bit late after flying from Ontario with both my cats. They got me and my cats checked in quickly which I was grateful for. After a long day of flying, and waiting at an airport all day because our ride was late, it was nice to be able to stop there to finally get some rest. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, too. I'd use them again.”

“The price cannot be beat. Checked in Friday night with great service from front desk. The carpet in room is old and needs to be changed but Breakfast was tasty and better than other Super 8.

“First off the staff at the hotel are completely amazing. The hotel has a great location with plenty of amenities close. The hotel and rooms are definitely dated. They have made some upgrades that make things 'passable' but things like the air-conditioning needs to be updated, yes it works but just barely. The beds are comfortable and WiFi works well. Has the standard international continental breakfast included which is nice. Overall our 2 night stay was fine and I would recommend it to others as an fairly economical place to stay just remember it's far from a 5 star hotel but that's mostly due to the age of the building.”
