    There was a faulty pair of shoes and boots and when we brought them back they honored it and exchanged it for us.

    Great shoes, but the service is always so bad. No one ever asks me if I need help, and they seem to always be shocked when I buy more than one pair of shoes. No thank you and barely even smiling...
