The customer service felt very slow and was hard to find along with this they did not explain things very well.

This store is neglected by corporate in favour of the new one. Walking through the store makes me sad because i remember what it used to be like, popcorn and all. My biggest beef is that they never have anything in stock that you find on the online store. The bulk screws are always empty and its just frustrating going there just to have to drive south to the bigger store because they were out of stock or something. Either make the store the same quality as the new one or just close the doors and shut it down. The employees at this location are fine, its the neglect from corporate (i assume)

Staff couldn’t help me find a piece I needed for plumbing, had to search for it myself and when I finally found it and went to pay a casher named Brooke just glared at me and played on her phone until I changed to the other check out lane

Went in yesterday to look at options for fixing my shoes. Ran into Natasha, while lost, and she brought me to the correct department. She also gave me some great tips on what I can use to fix the shoes. She was super friendly and professional. She seems to really know her stuff! I didn't quite make my purchase yet, as I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go, but I will be in to come get my rubber paint!!!!

Committed wage theft the entire time I worked there, when I confronted them and said "no I will not work for free every single day" I was bullied out of the company. Worst of all, they do it to ALL THE CASHIERS, and they are the most vulnerable of employees as they have a preference for hiring young women only as cashiers. DO NOT WORK HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR WAGES ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN.P.s.They are now harassing me through my personal website regarding this matter. Please don't touch this company with a 10ft pole

The hours posted on google vs. their actual store hours are so frustrating!Their hours listed here on google consistantly says something along the lines of "updated by the business a week ago" but the hours are never actually right. It says here that they are open til 9pm but the sign on their door says 8pm.Not a huge deal but very frustrating for situations like tonight where I checked google and told my mother they were open until 9pm, only to have her drive in from out of town to find it's closed. Please fix this.
