“I took my Outlander in to get some work that I suspected needed done. At first I was going to do the work myself (ball joints, control arms, sway bar links, tie rods) then figured I’d see how much it would be at Fountain Tire South Lethbridge since I needed to get some new tires anyways. When I was quoted on the work, I immediately booked in based on the fact on how economical the pricing was. I brought it in the day before my appointment as I live out of town, and was already hearing back next morning shortly after opening updates about my car. Turns out the list I wanted fixed only needed one item fixed, tie rod on my passenger side. Alan told me that everything was all good and they would only replace the tie rod to save me some money. I was extremely happy with how easy it was to book in, and happy with the communication on saving money - especially in an industry where many people get taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this place enough to friends and family. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for all preventative maintenance and repairs going forward!
