“Where There's a Will There's a Way!
During a road-trip from Calgary, the brakes on our Mazda CX-5 developed a nasty metal-on-metal grinding noise. Many auto repair shops in Lethbridge were closed (it was a Saturday morning, 11th July) but Kirks Trail Tire were open with a mechanic (Will) on duty. Will made time to diagnose our brake issue, phoned around to find the necessary parts, then performed the repairs quickly and efficiently, also showing us the old damaged parts to clarify the problem. We were safely back on the road much sooner than we expected, all thanks to Will, his boss and Kirks Trail Tire. Thanks!”
