“Best banking branch for Albertans... But read on. Good rates (unsure if mortgages but loans are good and terms are fair) and good investment opportunities.Whenever I've gone in they usually aren't busy but I very seldom do.All/any of my complaints revolve around phone calls and mobile banking. God forbid you need to get in touch with a human being for a technical issue or something complicated. You'll either need to drive in and talk in person or wait 2+ hours on hold to get through the mobile banking to speak with an agent.I guarantee the Lloyd branch won't pick up at any hour on any day. I once called a total of 5 times across various hours and days and always got sent to the mobile banking. I had to call the Vermillion branch to get a "high priority" redirection to the Lloyd branch.... which still was missed.It was 2 hours before I got a call back.If your banking doesn't require frequent teller usage, it's a great bank. (Note specifically it's the tellers being slow/ short staffed. The advisors and higher-up bank staff are great at their jobs and always available.)”
