“Dealt with Milka today and wow, she was awesome. I had a quite complicated issue regarding a credit card. Any other employee might of told me too bad so sad (CIBC phone service did tell me that) but Milka was determined to help me out. While juggling other customers she made me feel like a valuable customer and went above and beyond to see my issue resolved. I’ve never had such a dedicated teller at any other bank. Shoutout to the other gentleman working today (didn’t catch his name) he had a really positive attitude and tried to help me out as well.
