Never help you, have been on phone multiple times over last 3 days and not once has anyone picked up the phone it just keeps telling me to “leave a message” that never gets returned.

This bank is terrible.
constant maintenance issues, and whenever that happens I can’t e-transfer or access my own money. It’s frustrating!!

Everytime you call them its always voicemail even if you try to phone them when they open at the morning still a voicemail you will never get an answer from them such a bad service
