Hours: Princess Auto is a Canadian-owned retailer providing a unique assortment of tools and equipment. Customers enjoy shopping there, finding many things to look at and buy for daily needs. The stores are well organized and clean, with recent renovations bringing them up to modern standards, making them look almost new. Many appreciate the flyers and sales. The staff are noted for being busy restocking and for providing great service, exemplified by a strong warranty and a return policy described as better than any other business. This is backed by the company's Royal Service Promise to repair, replace, or refund. Amenities like a coffee station, sanitizing station, and bathrooms are available. Some criticisms include that the store can be understaffed and advertised flyer items are sometimes unavailable, which can be a disappointment. Management has also received negative comments. However, many customers state they will definitely be back again and recommend supporting the store.
